Shipping

Please allow us 1-3 business days for the processing of all orders. This means that  it may take up to 3 days for us to package the item or items, and have them shipped to you.

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

GREAT NEWS! You can avoid shipping cost by selecting "Local Delivery" at checkout! This option will only appear for the following zip codes: 89146, 89103, 89102, and 89109.

USPS are receiving a high volume of packages daily therefore shipping times may or may not be delayed. However, we are working hard to ship orders as fast as we recieve them. Once shipped, you will be hearing from us! We will provide a summary and a tracking number for your order!

At this point in the shipping process, all further questions will require contacting USPS.

Dupree does NOT profit on shipping costs.  All shipping cost are automatically generated by the weight of the items you have chosen. 

Returns

At this time, Dupree will not be accepting refund or exchanges because we sale intimate clothing. We hope you can understand. That being said, please make sure you have chosen the correct size for yourself! Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Not Recieved Packages

In the event your package is not recieved for any reason, please contact your local USPS location. They will be of better assistance in helping you track down your package! Dupree does not cover any unrecieved packages. Refunds or replacement packages will not be issued. 

Return To Sender Packages

Please confirm all of your information is entered correctly at check out! Customers are responsible for covering the cost to re-ship any packages that are received to us as a return to sender.
