I was raised by my wonderful mother and my dad would come around for birthdays and holidays until the age of 4. After that, he moved out state and I never heard from him again until I was an adult. He was traveling home for a business trip and wanted to see me, so he reached out. 

He genuinely aplogized and said he  wanted to see me and who I had become.  He also inforned me he was sick battling cancer. The year of 2018 I went to visit him in Arizona. By that time I was working a security job from 6pm to 6am and had no life and no plans. I knew I wanted my business to be an online clothing store, selling custom denim shorts. I just didn’t know how I was going to get there. I had no brand, no logo, no name. 

While I was visiting my dad for the last time, he strongly encouraged me to got to school. He didn’t care what for, he wanted his daughter to be happy and financially comfortable. So I went to school. Sadly my dad passed away before I graduated, but he made his blessings and his love for me very clear. This store is named after my father and is in remembrances of him. I didn’t grow up with him around but I somehow ended up just like him.

What We Stand For:

Before my dad passed he was adamant that he didn’t want me making the same mistakes that he made. He was extremely ly open and honest about his life, including his marriage.  He was married for 9 years. He said the first 4 years were everything to him but then she changed. My dad spent the next 5 years hoping the woman he loved would come back to him and she never did. My dad was in the process of a divorce when he passed away and wished he had the strength and courage to do it sooner. 

Sometimes we don’t want to give up on love, people, or anything for that matter. It’s not giving up, it’s giving in. Giving in to a new life, a new path, a new way of thinking, a new love, a new job, and even a new you. Never be afraid to let go. Why? Because nothing should be holding onto you in the first place. You’re meant to feel and be free. Be the one who rescues you because no one else can or will do it for you.
